In photography, a miracle is the moment that almost wasn’t seen.

Before it’s an image, it’s simply light on a moment. A glance. A pause. A breath held just long enough. These photographs exist to keep what almost slipped away.

The Person Behind Milagro

Meet Eduardo

I was born and raised in Walla Walla, Washington. I began my career in graphic design, but life shifted, as it does, and I found myself laid off and standing at a crossroads. With time I hadn’t planned for, I turned toward dreams I’d kept at a distance for years. One led me to the fire service, where I now volunteer. The other led me to photography.

What changed wasn’t circumstance, it was confidence. Or rather, the decision to move forward without it. I started showing up, paying attention, and trusting that what felt impossible might still be within reach.

That’s where Milagro was born.

Milagro means miracle. Every session begins with the belief that something rare can still happen. I work quietly and intuitively, keeping things natural, unforced, and honest. I focus on flow, timing, and the feeling of a moment rather than rigid poses or heavy direction.

The goal is always the same: to be present, to be ready, and to make space for something meaningful to unfold.

FAQ

Do you travel for photoshoots?

I do travel for sessions. A $45 travel surcharge helps cover time and distance, with an additional $20 added for each hour of travel to the location. If you’re planning something a bit farther out, I’m always happy to talk through the details.

Can I use the photos for social media and marketing materials?

Yes, you’re free to share and use your photos across social media and marketing. If you enjoyed the experience, passing my name along to friends or family means a lot.

What should I wear to my session?

Wear something that feels like you. Neutral tones, soft textures, and simple layers tend to photograph well, but comfort matters most. If you’re unsure, I’m always happy to help you think through options before the session.

How do I receive my photos, and when?

Your final images will be delivered through a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share them easily. Turnaround time is typically communicated after the session, with care taken to edit each image thoughtfully rather than rush the process.

What if I feel awkward in front of the camera?

That’s completely normal. Most people do at first. The sessions are designed to feel easy and unforced, with gentle guidance and plenty of room to settle in. You don’t need to know how to pose, just show up as you are.

How do I book a session?

Booking starts with a simple inquiry through the contact form. From there, we’ll talk through availability, details, and what you’re hoping for before confirming your session. Feel free to message me on Instagram as well.

What happens if we need to reschedule?

Life happens. If something comes up, just reach out as soon as you can and we’ll find a new time that works. Flexibility and communication go a long way.

Do you offer guidance before the session?

Yes. Before we shoot, I’m happy to answer questions, help with location ideas, or talk through what to expect so everything feels comfortable going in.

Can I choose the location for my session?

Absolutely. If you already have a place in mind, we can plan around it. If not, I can suggest locations that fit the feel you’re going for.

Why are your rates approachable?

My pricing reflects where I am in the journey and how I choose to work. I’m continuing to build this practice with care, which allows me to keep rates accessible while giving each session my full attention. As the work grows, so will the pricing, but the intention behind it stays the same.
